Yes, we offer discounts for bulk bookings.   Our pet sitting program automatically gives the first discount when you reach 10 visits, and another discount at 20+ visits in the same month. 

Yes, we think that it's  important  to make sure that we are a good fit for everyone. We will come out to you, at no charge, before services are agreed on.   

We ask for at least 48 hours for all bookings, but will make exceptions for established clients. Ideally we love at least week of advance notice. 

We believe that its important for your pet to build a relationship with their caregivers. However, we also believe that it is important for us to not work more than about 8 hours in one day and to have at least one day off a week. So, there are times that your pet will see more than one of us. We have found that they don't seem to mind having more than one special friend visit sometimes. 

We recommend keeping a key on file with us, even if you have an electric entry system. It's also a huge help if you have one ready when we meet the first time. All keys are kept in a lock box with a coded tag that corresponds to your account for safety. 

Not for drop in visits. We base the cost of visits on how long we are there, not on how many pets. We do ask for a little extra for extra dogs on walks. 

Once service has been set up through our pet sitting software, we send an invoice via email that you can pay right online,  We ask that all services are paid before the first visit. 

We understand that life happens, so we totally understand that you may need to change your reservation. It's done easily through our pet sitting software. We just ask for at least 24 hours notice when changing or canceling.
